Holistic Pilgrimage Podcast
Welcome to the Holistic Pilgrimage Podcast where seekers of health find support, inspiration, and a light along the journey to balance in mind, body, and spirit. Here my guests and I discuss our own uniquely personal and conscious path to health, which may include functional plant-based nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, personal development, and mindfulness.
This podcast can be quite different than the blog in that it focuses specifically on the personal journeys, experiences, and perspectives of each person interviewed. In addition, conversations with professionals in dietetics and holistic nutrition about particular health topics will shared. Each podcast could be seen as an interesting and thought-provoking vignette of the struggles and successes of an individual. The subject matter and beliefs shared may be quite diverse and eclectic in scope in a variety of wellness dimensions, such as: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical. Recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, music, literature, and sports may be discussed. Each guest may share their own personal beliefs in regards to health and you as the listener should feel free to conduct your own research to determine the validity of certain claims for your own knowledge.
The VEGmont Series within The Holistic Pilgrimage Podcast is devoted to vegetarian, vegan, and raw food people, places, and things in Vermont. Each part will be one episode of the VEGmont series which will include interviewing local folks and experts living a plant-based lifestyle, as well as business owners of local restaurants, shops, and farms. There is a particular emphasis in this podcast on all things relevant to obtaining nutrient-dense, minimally processed raw and cooked vegan whole foods, herbs, and products. All kinds of eaters are welcome here to listen and learn, whether you eat meat or not.
